Fine Gael and "permitted engagement" - Email to all Fine Gael TDs
Dear Fine Gael TDs,
I am getting very worried about how you are censoring voices on Facebook (and ignoring emails as well).
Last week, Enda Kenny removed me from his Facebook page. I was then removed from the Fine Gael Facebook page. I was then not allowed to post on the Fine Gael Facebook page, and now I am not even allowed to comment on posts on Fine Gael's wall.
These acts of censorship are indeed worrying, especially in your "Obama-style" internet campaign you are constantly telling us that you are listening to us. It seems to me that you are only interested in surrounding yourselves with yes men - very Fianna Fail.
Regards,
Mark C

Thanks Mark. You tried to bring my late father in to the mix in a way that was most unfair. My late father apologised for his illjudged wartime remarks and his apology accepted by the Speaker of the Knessat in Jerusalem.

My response to Charlie Flanagan
Charlie,
I was simply asking if your father ever retracted the remarks. Thanks for your reply; I'm glad he did retract them.
Now, the point of this email was not the above; the point of this one was why am I not allowed to post on Fine Gael's Facebook page or even comment on Fine Gael's facebook posts? For a party that is trying to reach out to the people and hear our views, this is a worrying development. I also know that I am not the only person who has been removed from Fine Gael's facebook page recently.
